The phone in my room did not work. I reported this to the front desk the morning after check-in. After 3 nights it was never fixed.
The reason I tried to use the phone was because at 9:45 PM people were running up and down the halls yelling and banging. I tried calling the front desk using my cell phone and an outside phone number. I tried multiple times and let the phone ring 15" times. No answer. I called reservations and they too tried to call multiple times but never any answer.
Housekeeping never emptied my trash. Housekeeping evidently came on day 3 and took my used bath towel, washcloth and bath mat (didn't empty the trash which was very full) but never replaced them so the morning of check out I had no washcloth or bath mat.
I found a rather large toenail clipping in the bed that was of course not mine.
