The hotel was going to charge my credit card for the room after I already paid in full through Hotel.com when I booked over a week before the stay. Bathroom tub and shower was rusty and icky.

The condition of the room was extremely old. The pictures make it seem like they’re more on the remodeled side, but they are not. So many parts of the room had rust, especially behind the door of the bathroom. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was a good option. But the rooms are so worn out and smell unfortunately.

The Front Desk Clerk who checked us in was disinterested, not friendly or informative, and triple charged me the initial deposit hold, and didn’t tell me until I went back to ask about her repeated errors. The breakfast was quite limited and included eggs, only with cheese the first day. There were few other breakfast food choices and no other protein was offered. Your pancake maker is slow and makes them too small, under cooked, and unappealing dough circles. The jacuzzi was worn out, and looked filthy. The pool area was horrible, decrepit and next to the parking lot. The whole place looked rundown and lacked any appeal. We recommend others strongly consider alternative accommodations, elsewhere where you will find a better and fresh hotel with good food and a front desk clerk who cares about impressing guests with wonderful hospitality. This place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. Maybe corporate should reconsider who is running this property and possibly shut down this poor excuse for a hotel.
