Wonderful!

We had a great experience staying here for a few days, recovering from a surgery before flying home. Comfy beds, delicious breakfasts, cozy room with a relaxing view of the beautiful patio. (It was chilly and rainy while we were here so we didn’t go down to the patio at all.) We’ll definitely stay here again if the need arises. Thanks so much!

Poor instruction and extreoloss of money

When I showed up for my room that I booked the room was unavailable due to being booked through a third party app and I did not have as much priority as others so we had to go to a different hotel and book another room I already paid for the room I booked on here and now I can not figure you how to get a refund for this room I had booked paid for and wasn’t even able to stay in

We were given a “handicapped accessible “ room. Clean and comfortable but dated bathroom and shower accessories. Enjoyed a beer and wings at the bar area. Staff was friendly and food was reasonable and tasty.

The hotel is Great! the only downside is if you have a room on the street side, it is noisy. Other than that all was good, great heated pool and hot tub! Woman working desk on evening of Jan 8th was great!! Right across from Sarasota airport!!
