The place is okay, don’t expect fancy or anything. Very loudly neighbors, don’t feel very comfortable with the windows and the curtains. I was traveling alone for business and I needed something cheap and close to the Venice Community Center. It’s okay to good.

Very nice family-run operation, congenial atmosphere with beautiful private swimming pool and clean area to BBQ. On Venice Island convenient to everything!

Unfortunately of our group of three rooms that we booked for one night, one of them had bed bugs. The other two did not appear to be infested but gave us an uneasy feeling. They didn’t seem too concerned with how serious this was but did refund the party that had the bugs in their room. They did not offer any other assistance. Rooms are old and in need of repair. They seem to have semi permanent tenants in some rooms. Would not recommend. Find a reputable chain hotel/motel that is nearby.

A few cosmetic updates would help allot. Very simple things in the room we’re not completed. Painting, dusting shower. Pillows very very flat. 3 flat pillows don’t make one good pillow. Saw a roach on my way out. The owners were very friendly and staff was very nice! I stayed 7 days.

The room was pretty clean, but the place was old. Updates made it okay to stay. It was one of the least expensive for that area, but once we arrived there, we knew why. Bed was a bit lumpy, but we surprisingly slept ok. Towels could have been bleached more to get stains out.

Thanks for the considerate hospitality. 🙂 Clean, cozy, showers only units with the property having a nice vinyl fence surrounding a heated pool. 🙂 Lovely considerate attendants. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!!! This place was nothing like the photos. There was gum on the headboard. The microwave didn't work. And there was only a lukewarm shower, after letting the water run for 15 min.

Jacked up Bill!

after staying the first night I found out I needed to stay an extra night for my work there. When I received my bill for the second night I was surprised to see it was over $30.00 more than the first night. I feel like I was taken advantage of and did not appreciate it at all. I won't be going there anymore.
