The room was described as being equipped for persons with special needs. There was no heat, the room needed dusting, the rails in the bathroom were severely rusted the bath chair was stained and dingy, the bathroom tiles were dirty and the shower stall overflowed. The staff responded graciously to each complaint, supplying a small space heater for my use. They claimed that Room 104 was last used more than 1 month ago. I understand the importance of budget, no-frills accommodation, but this was just awful. The owner should be held accountable.

I rented this room because the boutique hotels did not accept after hour check in and we were getting there at 4am so I just needed a place to sleep until I could check in to my actual stay. I got there and they did not have my double bed room they had one room with a king size bed that was so dirty there was literally spider webs all over the bathroom and another room that had the two beds but no shower. After creating a fuss they finally gave me a room with a jacuzzi which was not offered at first because it was a higher price point ! It’s 4 am who Is taking that room and plus it’s 3 of us and now we have to squeeze into a king size bed. The people outside were a bunch of crackheads and we were just so tired we locked the door and went to sleep but what a horrible experience. Never again !!!

The hotel was under construction and was not maintained. Garbage and metal roofing qas being rossed from rooftop to walkway right at our room door. It was incredibly loud and incredibly dangerous. Was not even thrown close to caution taped iff area. Was just thrown pretty forcefully to walkway. That being said, the staff was incredibly professional. and accommodating

Room said non-smoker but smelled of cigarettes. Roaches come out at night. The bathroom window had to blinds or drapes so when showering make sure no one outside can see you it’s a business in the back of building. The flying termites was the worse, they were all over my pillowcase. I have pictures to submout

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. However as of outside the parking lot was trashed. I complained several times that people were smoking pot in their cars, and in the pool area. When I stayed there before the same thing was going on. My recent stay this was going on every single night. I called several times and nothing was done. I was really angry with the manager. I spent a lot of money. I should be able to sit outside and enjoy a cigarette and a cup of coffee. Instead I'm smelling a strong nauseating of pot. I wouldn't recommend this place. In my eyes all they care about is making money. They obvious don't care about there customers.

Needs some TLC

Our first night the neighbors were up all night (assuming partying) being loud as f***. We both tossed and turned all night. The carpet was very dirty. Could not walk across it bare foot, your feet would be black. A cricket snuck in at some point. Tv had 3 black lines in middle of it.

Room was needing refurbishing in the worse way! It was dirty and there was cigarette burn holes all over the carpet and bedspread. Every day we had to go to the office and get the room key card fixed because they deactivated it. The haur dryer did not work, or it was the wall outlet that wasn't working. We think they have some electrical problems because the microwave would ding when you pushed tbe red & yellow buttons on the bathroom outlet.

This was one of the nastiest infested places I have ever encountered. The sheets were disgustingly dirty, they had burns in them, the rest room was horrifically dirty. Words cannot explain how disappointing this was. Not to mention they don’t offer refunds.
