This was a suite with a kitchenette - cooktop, microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer. Not even a plastic spoon. No utensils, pots/pans/plates/bowl, paper towels, kleenex, coffee pot, coat hangers, 1 little bottle of shampoo, 1 small bar of soap, had to use my only hand towel as a bath mat, no hot water in my shower, no tv remote. The other room I rented for my business partner had no A/C and had to get another room. I had to shower in that room because it had hot water, but when you first turn the water on in the tub, a big gush of brown water comes out. Not impressed at all.

Terrible. Stay away. Dirty, kitchenette with nothing in it, useless! Not so much as a paper plate. No dishes. We go 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths, bath mat. Had to ask for a hair dryer. Said free water, no water. Told my husband you get nothing. No Kleenex. Coffee in the lobby is an instant machine, out of decaf, again too bad. We won’t go there again. My feet were black from walking in the room

They only clean and service room once for a two week stay. So get ready to reuse all linens. The young man at the desk is rude and just replies “go away”

Upon arrival in the afternoon, no one was around for 20 minutes at the front desk, which was eerie. The room had roaches and a torn up chair. After complaining, we were relocated to another room that didn’t have a chair at all- just a metal frame bed that looked like a rollaway. And, this cost us $360 for two nights. Worst place ever.
