We had a room with no exterior windows. It faced the interior 3 story lobby. Hallway was louder with wood floors not carpet. But noise was damped by interior furnishings. Overall very nice stay and good coffee shop in lobby.

It would be nice to have breakfast included. Even a simple buffet would be good. The little coffee shop has a huge line and makes this property less attractive if you are skiing and like to get out early. Seems the elevators quite slow.. nice rooms !

Absolutely stunning hotel. Comparably priced to a holiday inn but a much prettier hotel. Front desk staff are super friendly! Pub next door was delicious, close distance to lots of restaurants and hot springs. 10/10 recommend.

We have been visiting this hotel annually for many years so we can snowshoe at the Sunlight ski area. It was renovated and renamed in 2024. We were impressed with the updates and the friendly staff. The hotel's location is walkable to our favorite restaurants, the train station and the big hot springs pool. There are also discounts available for other local attractions so be sure to ask! A coffee shop and excellent brewpub are also accessable from their lobby.

The newly remodeled we beautiful and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. We loved the location and how we could walk everywhere for exercise. The room coffee (Carribou Coffee) was excellent. That said, we stayed in room 354 which was the newest partof the hotel. For the 3 nights we stayed there were two distinct loud noises throughout the night. We let the front desk know but I honestly don't think they heard it. We believed it was the HVAC system which when it started in everyone's room sounded like someone pounding 3 times and when it shut off sounded likea door slamming. We couldn't sleep through the night because of it. Also it would of been nice to see recycling baskets.
