Front desk person barely spoke or understood English seemed to be confused about everything took over 45 minutes to check. Only had 2 people in front of me one asked him a few questions he took 15 minutes to answer she walked away with no answers second customer was checkingin had reservation front desk took 30 minutes to check him in

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the a desk clerk who was not even wearing shoes. He was walking through the hallways barefooted. The coffee maker was on the bathroom counter right next to the toilet, which is kind of gross when you think about it. All of the other items that should have been out on a desk or somewhere in the main part of the room were on the bathroom counter right next to the toilet. The bathroom was not clean, and there were spots on the floor next to the toilet that looked like feces. The housekeeper who was cleaning the rooms as we were checking out stunk so badly of weed that the hallways just reeked of it.

Dated hotel. Very very noisy. Could hear every door, footstep and conversation. I literally know the neighbors route home today. Very diffucut/impossible to sleep here. The night worker was very kind, the day worker wouldn't acknowledge anyone while on his cell phone

The property is in need of updates, the shower water was cold in the morning and at night, and it was hard to sleep due to hearing other guests'. The man who checked me out challenged me about the water temperature, telling me I did not turn the faucet on properly, offering to take me back to the room and show me. He then called me about 15 minutes after I left to tell me my room had hot water! I will not be returning to this property.

We marked them down for cleanliness only because there was hair missed on the bottom of the toilet seat. Everything else was exceptional.
