Room 108 is a handicapped room, which we didn't need. The shower was open which allowed water to spray on the floor. The sink works by sensor, temperature can't be controlled and pressure is so soft it was hard to rinse toothbrush. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows. Room was clean. We stayed for 3 nights, all in all it was okay. We've stayed a few times before and the rooms were always nicer than this particular one. When checking out, Becky at the desk didn't acknowledge us. When I said we are checking out of room 108, she took the key cards without looking up from her screen, then grumpily asked if I wanted copy of the receipt. Good Morning to you too. Everyone else we encountered was friendly and helpful. We did enjoy our stay in Sault Ste Marie, many things to do. We will definitely stay again.

Our stay was not a good experience. First turned at sign for entrance searching for lobby finally found around building but had to use aNother road.. no hot water , huge potholes had wheel chair person hard to get inside due to them.would not recommend unless changes are made.

Early wake up!

Everything was fine until 4:43 am. Workers started making noises in the hall outside the rooms that early in the morning. We knew they were under construction, but really that early? Very unprofessional in my opinion. Our stay was April 2 - April 3.

Awkward bathroom set up

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. They are renovating - the beds are better, so is the TV but the bathroom did not have a shelf or surface beside the sink to leave my toothbrush, brush or toothpaste - it was a just a sink. It was also awkward design because the bathroom door is right next to the main door and if both were open, they block each other. Usually the bathroom door opens into the bathroom to prevent this. A pocket door would be even better. Also there are no hooks or racks to hang your towels close to the shower, the rack is on the opposite wall. Awkward set up.

Cold Water

Water in the sink in the bathroom could not be adjusted, it was cold all the time. Shower water was cold and could not be adjusted to have a hot shower. Room was OK, curtains needed a new hem, wall was scratched where the chairs were.
