They were remodeling and the floor I was on looked haunted. Water in shower never got real hot. But I still enjoyed my time there.

Great room but crappy internet and tv

I got to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms which was really nice and the bathroom especially was super nice. However, I don’t think the hotel had set up the smart TVs in the new rooms yet because I couldn’t get anything to work or connect to it. The WiFi signal was also atrocious I could barely even play music on my phone. Other than that it was very clean and the bed was SUPER comfy. I liked the drawers and the closet space as well overall the room itself was great.

Don’t like 3rd party bookings

We had no hot water and were told they couldn’t do anything about it because maintenance was gone and we booked third party. After arguing with them that we needed a room with hot water to shower, they angrily told me to “go pack your belongings and let me know when you are done” so she could move us. Very evident they don’t want 3rd party bookings. In addition, if you are in the east wing, ask for another room. It’s dirty, wall paper is falling. Just old.

I liked the fact that all the attractions were located in one big facility and that everything was open all night. I was looking forward to the pool and sauna, but there was no locker room facilities to lock up your stuff.

The wall sconce cover missing so just exposed light bulb, dresser only had sharp end of screws showing no knobs. Vent in bathroom doesn’t work and so full of filth you wouldn’t have wanted it too anyway. Not impressed for being a casino
