The staff was really nice and the rooms were really clean and comfortable. What I enjoyed the most is that the casino is non-smoking!

Complimentary airport shuttle was cancelled by the hotel without even 24 hours notice and I had to scramble to get alternative transportation at a substantial additional cost. It took over 2 days for the hotel manager to finally call me back. I never got to speak to her after leaving several messages; initially I missed her call when she did call me 2 days after my first message. Too little, too late. Hotel staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Restaurant wasn’t even open, so limited food in the casino hotel.

There wasn't a restaurant on the property due to it being under construction. There was only a small food counter with a huge line up. But the food served there was good. The room was newly renovated so new and clean, but the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower did not work. Staff were all friendly.

The rooms looked great as they are new. However there were minor unfinished projects visible (missing trim, etc). I feel like the quality of furniture and amenities has declined since the renovation. Dial brand products in the shower?! And the dispensers were ridiculous. It would have taken an hour to get enough conditioner out of the dispenser to actually use it on my hair. The beds looked great, but were only mediocre for comfort.
