We had two issues with this hotel. Nice and beautiful property.
1.My problem was the staffs are not well informative. We are strangers traveling across the border into USA in the snowy weather. The city parking instructions have been covered up with snow and ice so we didn’t see the parking instructions/laws. We parked on the street over the night and got a $55 parking ticket violation. Hotel staff should have advised that accordingly not to park on the street. The big white girl/woman that was on shift on Sunday morning 12/14/25 felt unbothered when being told that we were not properly informed about parking instructions. She’s not friendly, not welcoming and doesn’t care if your customer got slammed $55 parking ticket.
2. We called before arrival to have two names on the reservation but they said they will have it done on arrival by adding a note on the to the reservation showing name of the second guest but it was not done and we were not ready to start going back and forth with the big white girl because she’s not willing to fix. Definitely not coming back here. Primitive services and unwelcoming staff.
