I recently visited the casino and had a mixed experience. While there were some positives, there are definitely areas that could use improvement. First, the bathrooms were not cleaned as frequently as they should have been, and I think they could benefit from an upgrade. It really stood out during my visit, especially in a place that's otherwise busy and popular. Also, I was disappointed to find there wasn't an option to choose between a smoking or non-smoking room. It’s a simple thing that would make a big difference for guests with preferences. As for the bar service by the casino area, it didn’t meet expectations. The staff seemed overwhelmed and the service was slower than expected, which definitely took away from the overall experience. Overall, while the casino has potential, there are some improvements to be made, especially in cleanliness, customer service, and room options.
