We needed a handicapped accessible room and the shower drain did not drain properly so there was 1/2” water in floor of shower as soon as water was running and it didnt drain even over night. This made it dangerously slippery and likely accounts for musty smell in room when we first got there. The manager on call was very helpful getting us a shower chair, silrware got our takeout dinner which came from restaurant without any, changing bills for quarters for doing laundry, etc.

We were able to get adjoining rooms after a bit of a wait due to carpet being cleaned. We had 4 kids to bathe after a long day. One room didn’t have a plug to fill the tub and the second room the tub took forever to drain. Other than that everything was great and rooms were clean.

The hotel was very clean and in a brightly lit area, which was perfect for getting off of Rt 81 late at night with my son. I booked that night and still got a great rate. There was not enough customer parking though. You had to park in the restaurant parking next door, which I’m sure isn’t really allowed.

I requested an adjoining room when I made the reservations for two rooms. I got a call from the hotel while I was on the way there, saying I could not get the adjoining room because they gave it to drop-in guests that showed up, without reservations, before check-in time (3:00.) My room was small, stinky and not as close to my family as I wanted. This put a damper on my entire stay. I will never stay at a Best Western hotel again...

I loved the slots machine. I hit over $2,000.00. Everything is convenient Tully restaurant if you ever go ask for Patty, What a joy lots of laughs with her. Black Cherry margaritas had 5. Sarah at the hotel restaurant what a hard worker. She is there at 5 am. To make sure breakfast is ready for you. Also make sure you tip her. Cause she is worth it trust me. What a wonderful spirit she has. Love you Sarah!!

Best Western at Clarks Summit, more than met my needs at last minute. Reasonably priced, staff who were attentive to me, all you can eat buffet breakfast were just right . Just don't get your expectations too high about food options around here (Tullys is not worth the money for greasy, flavorless chicken tenders. Deacons was better, but nothing to write home about). Bathtub was clean however plumbing issues took off one notch
