The toilet was broke we had to do something with the handle for it to flush they there was make up stains on the sheets and the tv was the size of a phone

Parking lot was one way in one way out. People staying there as well were nice and friendly food was good at the restaurant. And close to other food places that are open after 1am

This hotel was in a better shape, condition in the past. It looks poor, old, and they have a lot of closed areas (pool, fitness). It is getting worse.

Not a great off-season pick for 4.5 hr drive. While we think it would be a great place for a wedding/banquet/large crowd event it lacked in providing for hotel guests. Anyone can walk-in to the hotel at late hours as we evidenced by entering without use of our hotel key. Tight front parking lot. Breakfast was ok and at least they ask for your voucher to show you’re a guest and greet you warmly. Tables are uneven and dumped our liquids upon sitting but they sparingly put out napkins. We were so excited to have a wood-fired pizza option but had been told upon arrival that not serving as staff left in mid-shift. Never saw Shoguns serving either. So we chose not to even try next night. Felt snookered as pics of indoor pool made us choose but nothing updated online to say so an electrical issue to close which we’re sure they knew well before our arrival. We had a sink that doused your whole front & floor trying to just brush your teeth. There is no place to set anything down flat there either. We found 4 millipedes on walls and 1 giant carpenter ant on bed..eww! Bed was thin and something in my pillow poked my finger to draw blood. Housekeeping was directly across from our room when we left at 1pm yet no acknowledgment or smile and so our rooms remained undone. It has so much potential but much to repair or update., leaking water in the middle of a walkway to breakfast but no way aging mom could’ve managed. Woodsy courtyard overlooking the rushing waters best.

The Hibachi was wonderful, the staff was very nice. Unfortunately, the pool was closed (even though we called ahead to check that it was open), it was not handicapped accessible (I use crutches), and it was extremely noisy until 2 or 3 in the morning.

We have been staying at the Woodlands for 15 plus years. This was the first time our room overlooked the back parking lot. We didnt get much sleep due to drink people yelling in the parking lot all hours of the night. Plus loud people rinning up and down the hallway. I understand there is a night club and bar in the hotel but we were exhausted the next day from little sleep.

The hotel is nice, but they have a night club and the hallway off our room was also a main hallway for nightclub guests. Needless to say, it was very noisy with partying going on in the next room and a drunk women passed out outside our door. They moved us after we complained, but why put us there in the first place? The new room was quiet and the people at the front desk are super nice and helpful.

Always enjoy myself at the woodlands. They accidently charged me for the stay even though i paid through expedia and caught it before i did. It was reversed before i checked out. They called to say my room was ready early. Great service!!!!

It was convenient to where i needed to be but I would choose another place next time. It was musty and drove my allergies nuts. Felt outdated,especially the banquet rooms. My coworker said it has gone downhill with current ownership from what it once was.
