Great location. Food options within walking distance. A great staff that's helpful and courteous and willing to answer any questions you have. Clean rooms and spacious. Have nothing bad to say and will continue to stay here

The free wi-fi is limited to two devices and you must pay more for their premium service. No streaming on basic plan. The refrigerator is nice, but there are no ice trays, nor is there an ice machine in the building. There are signs for an ice machine, but no actual machine. To use the in room kitchen, you must have dishes, pots/pans, flatware and utensils. There is a full sink, but bring your own dish towels and dish detergent. Other than the microwave, there is a two spot induction stove top built into the counter. Plenty of space to hang clothing, but bring your own hangers. There is no available common space. The property appears to house long term residents, who's conversations, arguments, screams and door pounding made our family feel unsafe. Management did not appear to address these behaviors through our two day stay. The desk was closed more than open during our stay. We pre-paid, but they still wanted to copy my driver's license. The first night, we could hear all the flushing and water use from the upper floors, so we kept the bathroom door closed so we could sleep. The heating/cooling unit worked fine, no odors or noisy fans. The beds were comfortable but my wife would have liked another pillow. There were an adequate number of outlets, and the alarm clock had a charging port for a smartphone and a tablet. We feel that the property is geared more towards long term residents, not weekend or short stay travelers, and as such shall not return.

Parking was great. Room was clean. Lots of stuff within walking distance. And the staff was extremely helpful and courteous especially Nicole at the front desk any issues I had with bookings she was able to solve them and handle the problem quickly. I would definitely stay here again and again and again

Was amazed with how clean the room was. The Wi-Fi was great. Parking was easy and great.All the staff was very helpful and courteous. Especially at the front desk I had a couple issues and Nicole was able to solve my issues anything else I needed any problems or anything they were all taken care of immediately and handled properly. But just want to point out that a call at the front desk was very helpful when I had an issue with the room went down explain the issue with the booking and she was quickly able to solve the problem and was extremely helpful and courteous went a long way with me I appreciate it

Staff wasn't at the table or even near the entrance, found the desk concierge talking with people outside the building. Outside smelled like smoke. Inside smelled even worse, yet somehow the lobby was OK. The room smelled even worse. The building looked relatively new yet somehow the cleanliness left it falling like i stepped into a 60 year old bronx apartment building. I suppose this was why the price was so low. I would only consider staying here again with my family if these things were taken care of first otherwise i won't be staying here again.
