The one bed room is TINY with just a small walk in shower and small sink area. $200 for this room just seems excessive. The bed was very noisy and uncomfortable, we didn't sleep very well and woke up with our necks and backs hurting. There is nobody available at the front desk to check you in after 9pm. I had to wait for the owner to come after calling her while she ate dinner and another guest had already been waiting about 15-20 minutes before I even got there. The whole place just seems very dated, but it was at least clean. No closet to hang things up, FYI. There is a ceiling fan, but no AC/heating system that i saw. Maybe there's a thermostat on the wall that I missed. It was just a pricey place to sleep, and I wouldn't say a good place for anyone but a couple looking for minimal amenities.

Place is nice and clean. A bit sparse but fine for the price. The bath towels are terrible. About the size of a large hand towel and as thin as drying off with a Kleenex.

Avoid this place. We found live bedbugs in our room- see photo. The staff was unresponsive when we reported it, and the experience was distressing and unsafe. Do not stay here.

Alright for a cheap stay

It was private for the most part except it wasn’t comfortable to keep the curtains open due to privacy concerns. It was definitely way dated compared to the photos and older furniture was swapped for much older furniture than in the photos. Pretty disappointed in the catfish of photos but overall it was a cheap place and we were alright. Did not feel like the couch was clean so that area went unused and the bedroom should have a tv. Rugs throughout would add so much warmth. Just suggestions. Oh and fresh paint!

Very small room but it had everything you need. Great water pressure in the shower. The most comfortable bed I've slept on in a while. Very nice, especially at the price you couldn't beat it.

Was not what was advertised with big room and all. room maybe 10x10 with bath 4x4, Bed with no spread crammed between walls with maybe 8 inches on either side and maybe 2 feet at foot. I refused to stay as it was not as adsvertised!!

Main complaint was how thin the walls were between the rooms. I could hear people's conversations clearly. Could barely sleep because of this. Also, could've used a clock. It may seem counterintuitive because we have phones but it's good as a backup alarm clock. Not a bad property other than that. It was just me so I didn't need much room.

Multiple rotten holes in the walls and the shower handle is about to fall off. Also tjere was no AC or way to dehumidiy fhe room. Another issue was the check in policies at another hotel was not described at all in our emails Not sure if thats wxpedias fault or the holts

Great for the price!!!

I thought for the price category this was a very good hotel. It could still use a couple more amenities like an iron and an ironing board and the two bedroom is very quirky, but it did what it needed to do. The people there were amazing and I would totally stay there again.
