Problems checking in, system not working properly. Door lock not working properly, had to slam the door to get it to lock. Will be contacting Hotels. Com as we did not get credit for a previous accommodation which we had to cancel and change to the later date. Personnel was fine, friendly, and interested in the items brought to their attention.
