I was satisfied by the way the staff solved the issues I had in my room. The desk lamp's bulb got broken and the sink was blocked. I signaled it and went out when I came back everything was fixed. Then the AC system stopped working one day around 8:00PM, they send someone immediately to have a check and offered me to move in a new room with a functioning Ac. I think the problem-solving capacity of the hotel is very good.

Property was super clean and organized and the room was one the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. I know this hotel is older because it was here 20 years ago when I lived here, but it is managed wonderfully. I’ll stay again when I’m in town to we family.
