We enjoyed most of our stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The only things we didn’t like were 3 things: 1- the lack of a hot tub (which we get that Expedia is wrong, but property photos uploaded to Google as of 6 months ago also show a hot tub and should be updated by the property). 2- despite the hotel not having many check ins (according to the front desk on Friday), they continued to put people into the adjoining, connecting room. We could hear every word from each guest checked into the room, and each time they let their doors slam shut. 3- In addition, we were right across from the housekeeping closet where we could hear the housekeepers in the morning open and let slam the door to get their cleaning supplies.

Heater was set at 66/auto and the room was so hot in the middle of the night we were sweating it must have bee 85-90 degrees. Maybe it never turned off.

Within 10 minutes of being in the room we turned off lights for bathroom and entryway and cockroach was at floor of sink area. Took our bags and bug down to desk asking for refund. Told they cannot we have to contact Expedia to get refund. Very disappointed with the encounter.

Manager Dilip Patel’s hospitality was excellent and made special accommodations for myself and elderly mother. It was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! All staff were friendly and they seemed happy to be working there.
