Condo #424 was very clean and a great view of the river. I however did not know to bring coffee and any water you might need . It appears to be individually owned condos . I There is a regular coffee pot and a keurig single serve and coffee pot model. Great location and a great place to stay.

My stay at Riverside Spa and Resorts was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the bathroom in my room was dirty, and the washer was filled with dirty towels from the previous guest. The fold out sofa bed was very small, and uncomfortable, The indoor pool was absolutely disgusting, with a strong urine smell that prevented my kids from swimming. The smell was so overwhelming that we had to leave the area immediately. I was also unable to book a spa appointment, so make sure to book well in advance if you plan to use the amenities. The next morning, my family and I woke up with bites on us, which was concerning. I suspect it could’ve been flea bites, I'm allergic to dogs, and although I informed the resort of this upon arrival, I suspect we may have been given a room that was previously used for guests with pets. Additionally, despite being promised an 11 AM late checkout, I was harassed by staff from 10 AM until 10:25 AM to leave the room. Overall, the cleanliness and service were subpar, and I would not recommend staying here.

RiverStone Condo Resort & Spa never disappoints — it’s always clean, comfortable, and relaxing every time we visit. This was our third stay, and we absolutely loved the spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom unit, which gave each family member their own space and privacy. The nearby creek adds to the beauty of the surroundings, and the resort’s lazy river, indoor pool, and new gym made it easy to relax and stay active. It was truly a healing and refreshing time for all of us.

Amenities are great but if you have any issues with mobility, you will have difficulty getting to and from the lazy river - which is FREEZING cold as is the indoor pool. Getting in and out of the hot tub is also a challenge due to steep steps.
