check in was smooth but once we got in the room & started to unpack, my wife went to the bedroom & found 2 roaches crawling on the wall. She killed them then went to use the bathroom & found 2 also & killed them. Then went to the bathroom sink & counter & killed several more!!!! I went to the office & reported it. He moved us to another room. As soon as we opened the door, the smoke smell was very strong. Our son has a pacemaker & CAN NOT be exposed to nicotine smoke. Back to the office & reported it, and he moved us to a 3rd room. It looked ok so we settled in. But before my wife turned the light off, a roach ran across the bed. At this point she was angry, tried to find it but couldn't. She saw it a few minutes later behind the bed frame, but it wouldn't come all the way out. She made a picture of it. By this time she was furious & could not rest knowing it was behind the bed. She did not sleep all night.

There were roaches in the first room I was in. The bathroom sink was swimming in them and crawling up the walls. They moved me to another room, which was better, but nasty. There was poop all over the underneath of the toilet. I could not sleep worrying if it had bugs in it. But it was late and I didn't want to go somewhere else. I am a senior lady, and it was cold. Went to the office next morning and the lady was rude. Was going to heat up a cinnamon roll and the microwave was nasty. I requested a refund and because I stayed they would not give it to me. The place is so bad I would not recommend anyone to stay here

We found 2 cockroachs in our room. One in the microwave and another by the headboards. This is the second stay in a row that we found cockroaches. The rooms were 210 and 211. We stay regularly here and the cockroaches are a deal breakers. Probably not coming back. To note, another day we stayed at this property. The toilet seat wasnt clean and you can see major butt residue on the seat. That was in room 101.

Nice location, nice room with bed on each side , front and back of bathroom, however pictures are deceptive. No breakfast but a mini packaged muffin because of Covid??? Thanksgiving week 2025, really?? I always pick a value priced room with breakfast, if I didn’t want breakfast I would always stay at motel 6. Really disappointed, but only with breakfast.

The carpet was stained and gross. A roach in the bathroom. The #800 reservations told me yhey had waffles, eggs, etc for breakfast...not true just muffins and juice. It was ok for the price.

The overall experience was fine. Most of the staff were fantastic and friendly. The property was clean and quiet. The room was clean overall but the floor didn’t seem like it had been vacuumed or cleaned in a while. The room itself looked really dated and could use an upgrade. Lighting in the room wasn’t great, it was dim. I really liked that there were patios or balconies with seating for each of the rooms.

Only place I’ve stayed in years love it. Last couple of times getting very dirty. There were potato chips in the chair and on the floor. Beds were clean very disappointing. It’s going downhill.

There is a reference to complimentary breakfast, but the breakfast is in fact some coffee, juice and cookies. Better than nothing, but still not exactly a breakfast.

I requested a main floor room due to knee issues. I was given room #104 where there is signage stating “no parking” due to it being a Fire Lane. This was not helpful since I had to park further away which is why I requested the main floor due to knee issues. 😕
