We had a great stay! Check in was simple and the kids loved the park! Our room was very clean ( except the toilet). My only complaint was the new ride. My kids got stuck on it and my daughter was traumatized after that! However, the staff safely got them down.

Hotel was/is underconstruction. Noisy, dirty, etc. Basement Room 21051 is not what we expected. Website misleading. I THOUGHT I was booking a Wilderness Lodge room. Lack of availible/open amenities, especially food/beverages. Great shuttle service. Would love a reund/discount or Wid Bucks for future visits..

No TV, got a message about tv late but was told by guest service it had been out since morning, they even sent a maintenance man but the problem happened that morning?? The grandkids enjoyed the stay. Plenty for the family to do just at the Lodge without going into town. The area has lots to do. Better priced than Great Wolf although both places could really roll back on what the prices are for small things. A small bottle of milk for the baby was $5 dollars.

The indoor waterpark looked run down...mold on the hot tub area, peeling paint on the air ducts, dust on the big fans. (Granted the lodges are doing construction, but water park definitely needs attention too)
