Had to change room due to wrong room being given and dead bugs covering the bedspread. Super gross shower in both rooms. Black slimy mold in all the shower, There’s only one extremely inconvenient entrance/exit and the front desk people are odd and stare when you are on your way in or out. When asked direct question they act like they have never interacted with a human before.

Clean modern rooms, love stonehill better than across the street! Staff very pleasant love the shuttle back an 4th it’s nice an heated for the cold days! Bus drivers always so welcoming. The water park was wonderful kids played for hrs always something fun to do… never get bored an are always excited to staying here:) My only complaint is my grandpa had a stroke a few months back, had a walker, we were on the main floor but all the way at the end of hall… It was a struggle for him but they said they had nothing closer not on any floor. Kind of hard to believe since it wasn’t that busy but we weren’t gonna let that ruin our wonderful trip at the Wilderness! Look forward to coming back soon!

The staff was incredibly nice and the rooms were very clean. Everything was unbelievably expensive though. We have a 3 and 1/2-year-old who was pretty small to do most of the fun stuff in the water park, though. The options were kind of limited. He was not really a baby but not really a big kid so he's in that weird in between place. The Kaleidoscope lazy River is way oversold. It's not as cool as it looks on videos. The shuttles run often and getting back and forth was super easy. It's conveniently located to a lot of things in town. The balconies were pretty nice.

Room was clean except shower had hairs from someone else. Small bathroom but perfect for two people. Lobby restaurant, food store doesn’t open until 8am which was not helpful since we had to be somewhere earlier, but overall a good experience.
