Overall a great place for the price, staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The cons were that the sound traveled through the walls and any traffic in the hallway was loud and clear, the stairwell also smelled a bit rough. All said and done, it was a good stay.

Customer service was very good ,shuttle service to the Xfinity Center was Awesone but for the price paid for the stay was very overpriced for the condition of the hotel. Definately needs upgrading terrible musty, dirty smell in the Hallways,rugs very dirty ,walls very thin, very noisy. and we had to call down for a new coffee pot ,on my cell phone because the phone was not working properly,because our coffee pot didnt work.Definately Overpriced with not even a complimentary breakfast

For what I paid for a two night stay it was definitely not worth it. Dog barking all night. Dim dingy hallways. Water pressure for the shower was horrible, had to hold the lever to flush the toilet for a prolonged time in order for it to flush. The employees were just ok but not outstanding. Breakfast should have been included in the cost as well, not worth $16.00.
