We could smell food in our suite and found pizza pieces throughout the suite. The mini fridge wasn't wiped down, and the shower had hair in it. The bedding was clean and comfortable, but the extra blanket smelled like metal. The overall facility seemed cl3an but our room could've had better care. The check-in attendant had a bad attitude and she didn't seem happy that we booked through Expedia as she mentioned to us that's why we didn't get the room accommodations we requested. We wouldn't stay there again and not sure how this has a 9 rating.

They only clean what is visibly dirty.

The room was dirty. Behind the night stands had lots of crumbs and condom wrapper. They don't move anything to clean. There was so much dust in certain places. I was afraid to walk around with no shoes on.

Very Nice Holiday Inn

Very nice and clean. We were there for a dance competition. It was close to The Dunn Center easy access close to nice restaurants. Nice indoor swimming pool. Nice dining area. Beds very comfortable Next year for our competition at the Dunn Center i definitely will book to stay there. Much nicer than any Holiday Inn I have stayed before. Impressive!

It was ok

Ordering breakfast and paying for it is not worth it. Worst french toast I ever had. Waffles dry as well. My shower door was whole different door from the shower had to call maintence to show me how it work to pop that thing back in to prevent water from coming out. But over all everything else was gine. Lots of uber eats options lol

Hotel cancelled reservation at 9pm

Hotel called at 9pm and canceled our reservation because they overbooked. We were just coming from an ask day dance competition and we’re exhausted. Very disappointing - you can’t rely on them to actually give you a room even with a reservation.
