We loved staying at the Lighthouse Inn. You are right on the lake with a walking distance away from the little downtown. Meals were great and they had gluten free options. We lived looking out on the lake during breakfast. We will be back!

Breakfast was amazing and the view was excellent. We love this hotel,listening to the lake at night is the best. We've been here in each season and cant pick a favorite. Cant say enough good things but we will be back agaun.

Beautiful views, excellent setting

This hotel is what I would consider mid-range. Not fancy. The setting is absolutely beautiful on the lake. We would stay here again just for the setting and views. Breakfast was in the restaurant with menu ordering. This was very nice for us as we were having a leisurely vacation. If you were in a hurry it would take a bit longer. Food was decent. Each room was unique. Views were the best, staff was very kind and considerate in both the front desk and the restaurant.

This is a nice place. The restaurant & bar were very nice and convenient. My only complaint would be that there was no coffee pot in the room, which I thought was odd. There was a fridge and microwave.

Not happy. The TV would not work all three nights we were there. could not watch our favorite shows or any other. Once tv was on for awhile, freeze up and shut down, over and over again. Asked for clean towels daily, 2 days ok, third day I had to ask for towels and then walk around all the dirty ones. The toilet seat was loose, not connected and lid kept hitting us in the back. Not Happy

Hotel room was dated/tired, but very clean. The hallway smelled of natural gas, which was very concerning. I paid extra for a lakeside room, and could barely see the lake for the plantings, AND a wing of the hotel. Poor.

This is a great location on Lake Michigan. The property is a little older but we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and quite and the views of the lake were awesome. The food was great, the bar was great and the staff were great.

OK, staying on Lake Michigan

We had a Lakeside room with a beautiful view. Left the window open so we could hear the surf. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was excellent.
