My blanket had a giant hole in it. And the food at the pool (pizza) was cold and the breakfast we didn’t get the option to have a menu and had to have the buffet and it was not good.

We stayed at The Tundra Lodge in Green Bay for a long-awaited trip to see the Packers game, traveling all the way from Florida — so we were really hoping for a great experience. Being able to check in a little earlier than the standard time was appreciated, but unfortunately that was about the only highlight. Room service is listed as an amenity, yet when we tried to order, we were told it wasn’t available. The next morning, we went to the breakfast buffet and simply wanted to take one plate to go back to our room, but were told we couldn’t due to “health concerns.” We also weren’t allowed to order anything off the regular breakfast menu to bring back, which felt unnecessarily restrictive and frustrating. Overall, the stay was disappointing. For the price and the excitement of the trip, we expected a much smoother and more accommodating experience. In the end, we were just grateful to have a place to rest our heads at night — but we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The room was set weirdly. With the sleeper couch right by the door, and the table and chairs off in the private corner… We ended up moving all the furniture. Also; there was little/no communication that the 170-180 rooms have no direct access to the lobby - we finally assumed (but didn’t venture) one needs to take an elevator up to bridge the conference center. But again - not clear (signage or otherwise). Bed was SUPER firm, so shoulder, or hip pain were the choices. And a persistent chirp came through the wall. We were told the Waterpark was great, but we missed it (checked in after 8 - closed - didn’t get back from family visit until after 8 next day - closed again)
