The room was nice, although the heater in our unit was very hot, even at the lowest setting. The hotel was very nice, the parking garage was a nice bonus since it snowed and was quite cold and windy during our stay. The only complaint I might have is that the door to the pool was left open, which allowed for the chlorine smell to come up into the 2nd floor areas, since they are open to the ground floor.

One elevator was out of service for entire 5 days. Took SEVERAL minutes to get the elevator with one out of service and having to share the only working one with housekeeping. Not sure of the policy, but only had room cleaned one day (I understand Christmas). Would have liked fresh coffee pods and towels daily.
