We were woken up by the fire alarm because someone decided to smoke mj at 4 am. Called front desk with no answer then went down to front desk to discover no one was even there. The alarm went off for 20 minutes. My husband took the smoke detector off the wall to see if it was the batteries immediately put it back up with no known damage whatsoever. I was charged $250. There is 0 policy for touching the fire alarm. This is completely unjust

Staff cleaned our room but did not replace towels. We had to go get towels, they would joy bring them to our room. Got the wrong towels anyway

Everything was excellent in the hotel property. It was safe and our vehicle was safe the whole time with a parking facility below the building. The only complaint that I have is that the pillows are typical of the "My Pillow" in that when I laid my head on it, my head sunk and there was no support. So, if they could offer an alternative pillow, that would be great!

This property is convenient for me as I'm coming to visit family in the area. Beds are super comfy. The place is starting to look dated. Lobby is nice, very bright and airy. Rooms though needs some refresh. I couldn't keep the bathroom door open. It would slam shut behind me when I went in (I like to hear the TV while in the bathroom). Every time I went in it would close. I had to put a hanger in the doorway to keep the door open. Some of the furniture is looking worn. No USB plugs near the bed or any plugs for more modern tech. I had my tablet, phone and watch charging in different locations around the room which was a bit inconvenient. There was one traditional plug on one side of the bed. The others were on the desk. TV has very few stations for the times you just want to relax in late and watch. I have stayed a few times and probably will again due to it's location to where I want to visit as long as I get a decent price (affordable to my budget) per night.
