Clean and comfortable. Plese note that they share drive with Comfort Inn. Do not turn into drive underneath sign, I bottomed out my car as this entrance goes into field. White sign and construction barrels in photo are gone now.

They didn’t allow my emotional support animal said it wasn’t allowed. So we had to find a different hotel when it was snowing… and Dangerous to be driving on the road!

First, there are no indications for the entry driveway to the property which is shared with the Comfort Suites next door. If you miss it, you will be traveling on the service road to the next I-75 overpass and using the turnaround to go back to the next overpass to make another attempt. There is no elevator for upper floors. The bathroom is in terrible shape, cracked backsplash on the vanity, mold is growing on silicone based sealer applied around the tub and the base of the commode. The toilet seat should have been replaced five years ago. The mirror on the folding closet door is cracked. The alarm clock/radio should be trashed it is non-functioning. I have stayed at other Quality Inn locations, with generally no issues. I have never seen one in this condition. Their two star rating is extremely generous.

Very Nice Hotel

Very nice and reasonably priced hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Good breakfast with a good variety. I always stay at this hotel when visiting Sherman, TX.

The room in need of renovation. Quite dark and dingy feeling. Needs new paint job and new carpet! Staff was excellent and very friendly! The surrounding area was convenient with anything you might need. The room was noisy especially because the stairs to the second floor went right above my room.
