Solid choice for Twin Falls. All the standard business travel type fare. Pet friendly too. The hotel clientele is the expected mix of vacationers and vagabonds. Overall room vibe. Knocking the rating as the hotel has appeared to run on a skeleton crew. The help is very good, just horribly understaffed. Front desk doubled as maintenance so was left hanging around the check-in for about 10 minutes while they put out a fire (issue, not a real fire). Also breakfast was late starting and coffee kept running out as I thing there was only one person running the whole dining area and they could not keep up with the busy weekend. Note to management: hire more people! Questionable to return.

Very disappointed in my last visit. We have stayed at this location a few other times with no issues. We were travelling with a small dog, so used to staying in pet friendly rooms. This time, though, it appeared that a cat had previously been in the room and my wife is quite allergic. She talked to the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. The biggest issue seemed to be very poor cleaning of the room. There we cat hairs everywhere, we found poop on the fug, the bedspread was dirty and stained and the shower had not been cleaned. Most likely will not be staying there again
