This was a very nice comfortable Inn. It was easy to get to and not far from downtown Galena. I’d stay here again.

We loved everything about this hotel. It was clean, quiet and the staff was incredible, especially Teresa & Linda. They were both friendly and extremely accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here several times in the past, but the last time I was here was 8 years ago…nothing changed which made me very happy! Still had the friendliest staff, wonderful hot tub, great swimming pool, nice clean rooms, and easy to get to everything. Culvers & Mexican restaurants you can walk over to but McDonald’s and all the great downtown restaurants (Little Italy) are very close as well. Had a wonderful time with my 13 year old grandson!!

The toilets are unique in that the lid cannot be lifted. I found this to be true in the public one and the room one. Guys who lift the lid have to stand beside it to pee holding it open with your knee of it falls down. Or sit to pee. It is very frustrating.

Staff was Super Friendly (especially Teresa )she welcomed our furry Rusty with lots of rubs. Guests were also super friendly with myself husband and more so our little boy. This was an excellent place to stay. Everything was clean and worked well. The only recommendation I would make was to have check in staff inform us more about parking specific to our room, vending, and breakfast. The breakfast was very good.

Great dog friendly hotel

This is a cozy spot near Main St that is dog friendly. Plenty of parking. Piggly Wiggly right across the parking lot. Comfortable bed. Well functioning AC. Good complimentary breakfast.

Our stay was wonderful When we checked in we asked if we could check out at 12 instead of 11 and she said oh no problem that’s fine and then the next day when I went to check out they charged me $25 for staying an extra 45 minutes. no one told me that they would charge us that we would’ve left earlier we would’ve known . I told the guy at the front desk that they didn’t tell us and we did not know about this but he wouldn’t give us our money back. He says what you say is 1 o’clock you get charged I said we left at 11:45. I wasn’t happy.

If you ever go to Galena, this is the place to stay. It is quiet and clean. The staff is crazy nice. The only downside is that there is no elevator.
