Relax in this beautiful fifth floor beach front Condo and enjoy the fantastic direct gulf views from the screened lanai with the beach just steps away!! Crescent Beach is famous for its pure white sand. Made from 99% pure quartz, the sand is soft, floury and cool to the touch even in the hottest sun. Looking for the perfect vacation condo? This is it! This two-bedroom condo is luxuriously furnished with all the necessary amenities. Included are three remote control TVs, a DVD, WiFi Internet, air-conditioning, all linens, and bath and beach towels. The new kitchen has all the conveniences of home. A laundry room is located just a few steps away near the elevator. The heated pool is close by.

Amazing View

This condo is in a fantastic location with an amazing view. The included daily beach chairs and umbrella set up each morning was a nice touch. My friends and I enjoyed this spacious condo with everything you could possibly need already there. We loved our breakfast on the porch watching the sunrise and sharing a fabulous bottle of wine watching the sunset. Thanks for the memories! We will be back.

Beautiful location

The beachfront location can't be beat. Having to lineup before 7:30 am to get a prime spot on the beach is a bit of a bummer though. The condo was nicely appointed. Would be nice to have some more hooks and towel racks. The owner was lovely and very responsive.

Great location / Condo

This is our second year staying in this condo. The kitchen has been updated this year. The view from the balcony is stunning. The umbrella and chairs for the beach are included with the condo which is a plus as well. Will stay here every visit down to Siesta Key. Owners are great and very responsive.

Beach is top notch. Condo is really nice too. Just be aware that the complex pool is pretty far from the condo ( near the office) if that’s important to you. Also a positive is umbrella and chairs are provided. But they are divvied out each morning so if you want one in the front near the water someone in your group must get in line at 6:30 AM to get one. Overall positive experience.

Had a week of family fun with our 2 and 4 year olds. The beach and pool were very accessible. The pool was warm and clean. The beach was very gradual entry, perfect for young children. The condo itself was clean, well maintained, and secure. Trolleys to the nearby downtown area were cheap, fun, and numerous.
