Easy access to Crescent Beach. The condo had pretty much everything you would need. Outside hot tub was fabulous it is hotter then most others. Used the grills by the pool. Easy to get fresh towels at the office. We would stay here again.

Location Location Location.. Ideal location to everything to walk to.. Really didn't need a car except to go to and from the Airport. I do understand why you do this but it seems that the VRBO could leave some things like salt and pepper and some other spices rather than you having to by it when you get there if you were planning on cooking.

Family Beach Getaway

We received a call that our unit was ready an hour easier than expected. Check in was easy and the staff was welcoming. I have severe allergies to dust and mold and was concerned when I realized we didn't pack the air purifier; however, my concerns were not warranted. The unit was very clean. There are 2 pools and just a short walk to the beach. There is also a trolley so at the end of the road making traveling around the island very easy. Jake's ice cream and Davidson Drugs across the street was very convenient. We will definitely look to return for another visit.

Bachlorette weekend

We had a wonderful time at this property. My sister wanted to celebrate her bachelorette party with something relaxing. The beach is beautiful. Even with the weather not being it’s best we enjoying the beach and pool. The property is so clean and even better in person than the pictures show. Management of the property was kind and helpful. We all look forward to booking here again.

Quiet Corner

We could not have been happier with our rental for spring break week. While it was obviously a very busy week on Siesta Key, this property is quiet and secluded while giving totally easy access to the beach and local bars. It was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful and polite.

Complete disaster

We arrived late and there was no welcome packet in the box at the office. We finally got ahold of a human at 11:30pm and when she came to the location tried 3 different rooms, all of which had people in them. Someone had our welcome packet with my name on it in the room we rented. We had to call another 5-6 hotels before we could find a place with room for us at 2am. The next morning we had to call to get any updates on our room. It turns out the room somehow got double booked so we were not able to come back for our trip. We did get a full refund but we’re told we would also be reimbursed for the difference in our new hotel, which was over $600 more. It has been almost 2 weeks and we have not received the difference. I will never book through vrbo or this location ever again.
