We are excited to share it with you. Our condo is 1100 sq ft of indoor / outdoor living with private beach access. The master bedroom includes king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and double marbled topped vanity with walk in shower. Guest bedroom includes queen bed with closet. Updated guest bathroom, equipped with shower and tub with marble topped vanity. Kitchen updated with new cabinetry and granite counter tops, updated appliances and is fully equipped with kitchenware. Sleeps six people maximum, note the extra charge for more than four people on rate-notes page. Both bedrooms have new SMART TV’s (Access to Netflix, Youtube, etc.). All linens included and beach towels. Laundry area located within the condo with washer and dryer. Screened Lanai is accessible from the Living room. The house is maintained and updated to the utmost - towels, sheets, furniture, flooring, etc. Living room has a sleeper in front of an entertainment center with a 65” LED Flat SMART TV. A total of 3 HD SMART tvs with full cable and. FREE HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET AND PHONE.
