After we checked in, we went to our room and found that it had not been cleaned after the previous guests - bed unmade, soiled sheets, used towels on bathroom floor, countertops cluttered with food containers, used kleenex tissues on the floor, unvacuumed carpet. Very disappointed. After complaining, we were able to get another room.

Carpets in hallways had not been vacuumed in a while. In my room there was a phone with no cord for the headset and no cord to plug into phone outlet. There were no cups in my room or "do not disturb sign". Staff that was there were very friendly.

We have seen at this hotel numerous times and this is the first time that the pool and hot tub were ever open. My husband got in the hot tub and basically said it was hot water in the tub, but it was not bubbling like a jacuzzi. We didn't use the gym.

The decor in the rooms is nice but a hodgepodge. It’s one of those motels that has been updated recently enough for things to be fresh and clean but you can tell the work wasn’t professional. Picture included. Staff super friendly and helpful. Clean. Beds super nice. Would stay here again. They have the full range of hot and cold hotel fare for breakfast. Hot tub hot. The total temp in the pool area was too warm though. Happy to find a hot tub however, they are few and far between. Quiet. Nice area.
