We were very disappointed that the pool was closed. That was the main reason I booked with this hotel because it had an outside pool. If I would have known the pool was out of order we would have stayed some where else with an indoor pool. I told the staff that thinking they might give us some sort of discount but she was not very friendly about the whole situation.

The location was good and many options for dining, close to the highway but parking was very limited. The room appeared clean but I did find a used soap bar in the shower, so that means the shower wasn't cleaned from the last person who stayed. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the staff the most. I would recommend that you maybe hire security at night. I saw 3 different vehicles that were idling and the occupants were doing things that seemed very shady (drug deals? prostitution?). As a result, I kept checking up on my vehicle. Each time I did, the same vehicles were still idling with same occupants from the time I got there 4PM until 2 AM (last time I checked on my car) . That is very sketchy.

This place was so disgusting. First it’s so dark in there and I’m sure it’s to hide the filth! There was vomit on the bedroom curtains. Nasty black stuff on the walls. The tub was dirty! And the water filled the tub as I showered. I wouldn’t allow a dog to stay there. Never again EVER will I stay here

Our room was given away to someone who's original room was unacceptable to them. When we arrived, we were told nothing about this because the front desk was clueless and nothing was updated in the computer. So we were given keys to an occupied room. Thankfully they did not work, we did not enter an occupied room, and we returned to the front desk. This was after 1am and then the front desk proceeded to go upstairs and wake the poor man up. We were then told it was the third time it had happened that night. It took over an hour, after a long drive, late at night, to finally be given a room at the other Pear Tree Inn location. The location by the medical center never changed anything in the computer, therefore I got a phone call after checking out of the other location asking for payment for another night since my luggage was still in the original room I reserved. I informed the person on the phone that I never set foot in said room since it was given away underneath me, therefore I'd be doing no such thing. It was a disaster. There is clearly no communication, zero record keeping skills and people left alone at night that do not know how to do their jobs.
