The room has a huge spot of black mold growing in the bathroom. The room smelt of cigarettes, the TV was inoperable. Upon checking in, I was first given a room that was already being used. Luckily I heard people inside the room before using the key card as I was about too. Not safe. Upon getting a new room, I discovered black mold growing in the bathroom. Unacceptable. The entire room smelt of cigarettes and there were burn marks present in the room. Upon messaging staff, I was only told they’d inform management and maintenance. UNACCEPTABLE. There is a legal obligation to provide a safe, clean, and habitable environment as a hotel, it seems all 3 boxes were not checked.

The bed was soft. There was no water available in the lobby for oatmeal, drinking, etc. on Sunday morning. The towels were thin, one thinner than the other.

It met my basic requirements of safety for me and my vehicle, quietness during day and night, and working basic amenities such as shower, air conditioner and TV. And when I showed up after hours at 11pm to check in, I saw a number to call where the staff told me the code to my lock box that was next to the front door to get my room key, which I've never seen before and was very convenient so I could get into my room without delay. I would definitely stay there again!

The room was clean. I happened to have a room next to the stairs, so the outside was well lit, which I understand, but the curtains in the room didn't help much in blocking the light so it was fairly light inside the room (at night).

The motel is clean. Not in great shape, but beds were comfortable. Coffee at breakfast was good. Service dogs welcome for free. Some damage in room and bathroom, but very clean. The A/C worked well. We stayed in room 134.

Communication is great! The property does need some work and update. Our shower was dripping the whole time and the carpets were very dirty. We notice that they only give you 1 role of toilet paper and we had to look for the cleaning staff for more and we only got 1 again. It is an okay hotel for the price you pay. It is also very quiet and no disturbance is noticed. We didn’t try the breakfast.

As of this posting I've been to LuLu's at least twice before and I've found the staff to be friendly, it's pet friendly, affordable and close to dining and shopping options. It's convenient and easy to locate.

This was a family trip with a baby, we stay two nights. The hotel has been remodeled into a simple yet beautiful retro style! Very comfortable beds with clean spotless linens, very clean bathroom and towels. Very clean, smelling fresh room. Very affordable price. The breakfast composed of making your own waffles, toast, bagels, fresh fruit, instant oatmeal, and hot coffee, its a great start to your day! The staff is polite, professional, attentive, and in a vey good disposition to provide anything missing in the room. Thank you, Lulu's staff!!

This is obviously a remodeled Motel 6 so is basic. However, it was clean and quiet and the AC and plumbing all were in excellent condition. The staff appears to be one large family and they are very hard working and friendly. The only negative I could mention is that I didn't know that analog cable TV even still exists. I tried to adjust the picture to get it as clear as possible.
