Room was adequate, but missing some key elements. There was no blanket on the bed. There was a duvet cover and a sheet. No duvet. It was cold that night. While we made it work, it was definitely not ideal. The staff was not overly friendly when we got there to check in. The room was not well maintained (large stains on the carpet as well as a used towel on the back of the bathroom door. Overall, it's location is what made it worth it. For an older hotel, it's in decent shape, but the missing blankets and missed cleaning details made it less than ideal.

Very accommodating. We had to do a late check-in due to weather and road construction. When I called the front desk to advise of the late check-in, they were able to leave my room keys in a lock box with a number code, which was easily accessible and we had no issues getting into our room.

There was nobody at the front desk when I went to check in and I didn’t have my phone with me. There was a sign that said to basically hang tight with a phone number to call if you needed an immediate assistance. I used their restroom and waited. Still nobody showed up. I went to town and called them to cancel. They processed my credit card anyway and charged me for the room without my consent. used their restroom in the lobby and waited a little bit longer.

Room was simple but clean. Heater worked excellent. Bathroom tub was clean. Extremely hot water just had to learn to toggle between the hot and cold in order to get the right balance. Evening lady at check in was super nice and helpful. This was an impromptu visit for a funeral. Stayed for two nights. Would definitely stay here again.

Spotless & cute. Great staff! Have stayed before and will stay again. Comfy bed, adequate continental breakfast. Room 118 needs weather-stripping as frigid air seeped in during a snowstorm .

We got a room with two queen beds. I was expecting it to be a bit small since it had two beds but it was so roomy!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Not so many options but the perfect variety.

You get what you pay for but...... The Lulu is better than the average 1 1/2 star motel. The motel is far enough off the main road to have quiet rooms. The rooms have nicer bathrooms; the AC/heater works well and is quiet; good lighting; breakfast, such as it is; fridge and microwave; adequate outlets; table and chairs. STaff was helpful. Downside: small breakfast room and the usual inadequate breakfast; outside corridors; hard mattress and sketchy bedding; bed not level; motel and rooms showing their age; not squeaky clean bathroom
