I booked this hotel bc we had a wedding to attend. I specifically wanted a pool for my grandson to swim in. The pool was much hotter than hot tub, too hot for a 3 year old for sure! I informed the front desk and was told they knew heater was broken and it wasn’t get fixed until next week. She was rude

Great hotel, beautiful location. Pool 3 stars.

The place is absolutely great. Rooms are spacious, even the bathroom isn't too terribly small. Very comfortable bedding. Breakfast is great for hotel food! Only complaint is the pool area could use a remodel.

Nice and clean hotel with a great breakfast. The parking is horrible though, my husband had to take my daughter to the ER and they returned at 10 pm and there were no parking spots for him. He had to park in a plaza nearby.

Property is being remodeled. Booked a king suite - it was not avail and was down graded to a queen w/out compensation. Also was not told about parking charge and had to call to ask what the additional charge on my card was. Called and spoke to someone at the hotel - they did credit me 1 night of parking back, but literally ignored my comment about the room downgrade and dismissed me.

Our room was big & had a great view. Little weird that there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom to help get some steam out, but we just left the door open after showers. Breakfast was great, although it seemed like the one lady in charge of keeping everything stocked was having a hard time keeping up—in general, it seems like the hotel was a bit under-staffed, but you could tell they were doing the best they could. Pool was super warm with a great view of the sunset in the evening. Parking was super limited by dinner time—we often had to park in the back. Also wish the tv would have offered streaming like most hotels do now. Overall not as nice as we expected for a Hilton hotel, but still a great stay!

During our stay, the hotel was being renovated. Our room was recently done and was very nice, including new furniture and carpet. However, the entire hotel had a very strong glue smell which made us feel nauseated for our stay. Even some staff members wore masks. I wish we knew that before booking. Outside of that, every staff member was extremely polite and helpful and the hotel was in a great location along a stream with shops nearby. Had we stayed after the renovation, my rating would have been higher.
