The breakfast was good, I liked the 11:00am checkout, the room was clean, and it was quiet. The only thing is on our last day we went and ate the continental breakfast and when we returned to our room the electronic key wouldn’t work. The guy at the desk said it’s been happening and didn’t know why.

Great Hotel... Our Experience Was Not So Great

Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bed and the two chairs that were provided, one recliner and a desk chair, were very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our week of traveling. For that we would have rated the hotel a 10. We connected our phones to the hotel's WiFi, with no problem. However, using the exact same procedure, I were unable to connect our Roku stick to the hotel's WiFi. Likewise, I was unable to connect my tablet. With the error message that both devices were unable to connect to WiFi, it was suggested that we contact the front desk. I attempted to do so, but the room phone was completely dead, no dial tone at all. Normally, we enjoy watching shows we have recorded before we get ready for bed when we are staying in a hotel. We had no problems in any of the other hotels we stayed at - only the Fairmont.

After a month still the lateral door doesn’t work, the deck around the pool needs paint but the rate went up 50%. The service is good, the breakfast is good, the place is clean

The room was allright there was a couple of things on the floor that cleaning missed no big deal. The worst was the mold behind the shower door u can see it didn’t get cleaned there everybody was friendly The continental breakfast was ok except the waffle maker was broke for the last two days I was there

We have stayed here several times. It needs a bit of refreshing as it is starting to look worn. Also, there was mold in the bottom of the shower near the grout lines. A little bleach goes a long way. Towels are also a bit worn

Good value hotel at Simpsonville

Good value hotel, still can improve maintenance ( lateral door doesn’t open with card key, known issue but not fixed during a week, patio area need floor painting looks dark like mold ) advisable to inform customer that room is made every other day a flyer or sign in the bedroom may be enough

Last impression

Room was comfortable and bed was great! Refrigerator was making a lot of noise so we just unplugged it. I would have given this a five star rating except the day we were supposed to leave early and counted on their free breakfast, it was unavailable due to someone late. Left leaving disappointed

It was all good but on Friday 1/17, the breakfast did not have enough napkins pancake batter and eggs, coffee syrup available for the customers without people having to request it. On Saturday it was great
