This place is due for a ton of upgrades. The elevator was filthy and looked like someone had gotten a haircut in it. Not to mention it's SLOOOOOOW! The room was bare bones even though it's a suite. There's not even a lamp. One out of four light switches in the room actually controlled something. Unfortunately, you either have a super bright room from all of the overhead light being on, or you're in the dark. Oh boy, it has a stove! Except there's absolutely NOTHING in the room to use on it.
If you're just needing a place to crash and are headed out first thing the next morning, there's a bed and it's not too expensive. Other than that, head on somewhere else..
Really not what I expected. Early check in is a bit expensive. Thought they may have had a lobby I could have sat in until check in but they don't. I asked if they had a restroom that I could use and was told that they don't have a public restroom
The worst hotel experience ever. A powerful snowstorm delayed our arrival at the hotel, arriving at 1:05 am. When we arrived, the doors were closed and there was a note that said to call if you have questions. When we called, the person with a despotic attitude only said it was after 1 am and they couldn't come in, even though Expedia said 2 am for check-in. Ultimately, we had to look for hotels in the middle of the storm and there were no rooms until we finally found one 1 hour later.
WARNING!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I’M STILL TRYING TO GET MY REFUND! I BOOKED A RESERVATION AND PAID IN ADVANCE FOR 1 QUEEN BED BUT WHEN I ARRIVED THE ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE!! THEY DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE..THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE WHEN I RETURNED THERE THE NEXT DAY TO CONFIFM I WOULD GET MY REFUND BACK AFTER SHE HAD PROMISED ME I WOULD THE DAY BEFORE. I ALSO CALLED HOTELS.Com about my refund! This is the 3rd day and still no refund!!! 😡😡😡
