Surprised how bad the bathroom floor was after showering with the fan on - it never dried all night long. Slipping hazard for sure. Didn’t know about the pay to park at the airport site or the extra taxes and fees charged when booking through a 3rd party.

I love my stay. Its connected to the Airport. So you know there is no parking at the Hotel so you have to park at the Airport parking that is $12 a day. If you come in after 9pm there is know where to eat. all food is about 15 min away. or you can get food delivered.

Breakfast offerings weren't great and you had to pay for airport parking. Hotel doesn't have free parking.

I like the bed. What I DID NOT like was the unexpected 10 charge for airport convenience. Had I known that they were going to charge that I wouldn't have booked with Expedia. They said Expedia leaves that charge off so they charge for it. If I booked with them it would have not been added. They said it's an Expedia issue. So I was charged unexpectedly 10 for this which I didn't expect.

We arrived late at night and had difficulty locating the hotel from inside the airport due to limited signage. Clearer directions would have made the experience smoother, especially after a long day of travel. However, once we found the hotel, check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a restful night. Overall, a very convenient option for late arrivals, and we appreciated the comfort and ease once settled.

Wonderful staff, helpful and very friendly! The hotel is clean and well kept. The room we had was large, but could have used a sitting area. The only parking was airport parking across the street. The breakfast was grab and go with limited selections.

This is a hotel attached to the airport in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. It is very clean and modern. The rooms are small, but it’s super convenient to park in the parking garage get up early for your flight and simply walk over into the airport. Our only problem was our bathroom door was so hard to close. My wife couldn’t do it on her own.

I had concerns of staying at an airport but it was very quiet. I waa not impressed with the gentleman that completed my check-in. He may have been having a bad day. Life may have beaten him down to where courtesy and professionalism didn’t matter because he has accepted that he hates his job. The hotel its self was clean and updated. Comfortable beds, clean towels and plenty of hot water and no flights after 10pm.

It was quite warm and humid in the room. I turned on the A/C and it cooled down but still so humid. I love staying at this hotel for the great convenience to the airport and affordability
