Not the hotels fault

The only problem we had wasn't even the hotels fault. Someone's child puked on the pool. Otherwise the rest of our stay was great.

There were multiple things broken in the room we stayed in and the blankets on the bed had a couple brown stains. The hotel itself smelt weird. The workers were very nice though, so they have great staff! The beds were very comfortable and my kids loved the pool because the deepest it gets was 4'6", so they could touch! The manager did call regarding the issues and stated would get them fixed and credit my bill, so we will see if that happens. Might stay again as the price is in my budget.

The room was clean. Housekeeping may have different rules than we were expecting. They knocked one day at 8 am and we told them we were leaving our room at 10 am. They never came back to clean. The next day they also knocked at 8 am and that time we just told them we needed more towels and didn't bother with giving them a time when the room would be available to clean. The breakfast offered was ample with what was offered but it was very cold. Owners or managers had the heat turned off (I suppose to save money?). We turned it on both mornings we were there. The pool area needs a little attention. Tiles were broken and there wasn't much control of the hot tub. It appears/felt like there was sand in the hot tub as well. Not necessarily the hotels fault but I'm sure they were not even aware. BTW - there was a used band-aid on the floor by the hot tub for 48 hours which can indicate a lack of attention to detail.
