We stayed one night and then cancelled our reservation for our return trip. The staff at the front desk was in-helpful and bordered on rude. There was no soap in the bathroom, we had to use the body wash in the bathtub. We didn’t stay for the breakfast.

If you get room 211 RUN! Thought nothing of it when they said they put a hold on my card for room damage as it’s become a normal thing now. I was expecting a much cleaner and not damaged room. There was black spots on the ceiling, the bathroom door was broken, the hinges and cover to the sprinkler were rusted, and the tub/shower were dirty and the faucet moved when you turned it on. All shampoo, body wash, conditioner are cucumber sent by Dove. The breakfast had good options. Staff when telling them the issues and turning in the keys showed she had absolutely no interest in what I was saying or that I was even speaking to her.
