Hotel staff pleasant upon arrival, easy check in. Room was clean but less to be desired. We did not use any of the amenities or stay for breakfast before leaving. The room above us was noisy and we could hear people stomping around but not the hotels fault.

The property itself was a great place to stay ; but there was tough roads to hotel area as well as a sketchy motel in front of parking lot that was poorly maintained. Dining area was a bit too small to accommodate guests and felt cramped for most of the travelers.

The hotel looks older and could use renovating. The room seemed decently clean but smelled musty. The continental breakfast in the morning had many choices and was the best part of the stay.

Okay but

My expectations, set by the online pictures, weren't met during my stay. The carpet was old and dark, and the pool area had a distinct, musty odor, suggesting it wasn't well-maintained. Given this experience, I will try to avoid both this specific hotel and its brand in the future.

Great Stay

We stayed for 4 nights and everything went smoothly. The breakfast was full of options, the room was in good condition, the hallways were clean, and the elevator was nice. They did not have Do not destirb signs, but if you asked the front desk for no cleaning they make a note, and the housekeepers will give you a little sign if you ask them. They were very nice about it and told us if we needed anything to just ask as they were going by or the front desk. Pretty decent location, tucked back but right near many fast food and shopping places. Right next to the mall! The only weird encounter was a man sleeping out in an office chair under a tree. Overall we felt pretty safe.
