The sign states that it was newly remodeled. However, the tiles were falling off the wall in the shower, and the bathroom faucet handle fell off. There was so much humidity that the carpet was damp in places and smelled terrible. I was travelling with 2 dogs and I would not let them lie on the carpet. I was afraid it could have mold. I made the dogs get on the bed and stay there. The bed was a box spring and not a mattress. My coffee pot had the wrong coffee pod and was missing the tray to hold the pod. I went to the front desk, and the attendant searched for another coffee pot in a vacant room. I was barefoot while walking to the front desk, and the carpet was actually soaked in a few spots. The hotel is next to a truck stop, so it was noisy all night. When I took the dogs out for a break, the back lot was strewn with garbage and random junk. I was worried that the dogs would step on something and hurt themselves. They advertise on the website that they are pet-friendly, but they charged $25.00 a dog and I worried about their safety. The only thing positive I can say about the hotel and my stay is that the bedding and towels were clean. The ice machine was in working order and seemed recently cleaned. Breakfast was good, and you had plenty of choices. I wished that I had taken pictures to show other clients what they would be in for if they choose to stay here. I did get a very good price on Hotels.com as I am a member, but I guess you get what you pay for.

They had to give us a different room because it hadn't been cleaned. The second room was okay. I think the rooms should be checked beforehand.

This place looks a little rough from the outside but it’s decent inside. There were strong food smells and the room had a faint smoke smell but seemed clean. The air conditioner worked great. There is no elevator. The staff was friendly. Happy to see recycling bins available. I think breakfast had a good variety but it ran out early and was not replenished. We got there 45 min before the close of breakfast and eggs and milk were gone and never refilled. The tables were not wiped either. Better attention to the breakfast area during breakfast hours would really elevate this hotel.

It served its purpose as a place to sleep for a night. Not super plush bedding but it was clean. The bathroom was small tight quarters. The walls were thin so we could hear conversations in other rooms. The room got dark at night which is helpful but the air conditioning was loud.

This place is run down and needs a makeover. Sink clogged, pet hair everywhere, hole in restroom door, stained urine smelling carpet & no elevator for 2nd floor rooms are just a few of the issues. I do not recommend.

Room was so so. Some upgrades like new bathroom fixtures but lots of quirks like picture frames on wall broken, crooked/mis-aligned headboard, old carpet, breakfast the exact same EVERY day! Don't accept a room near front desk. Cleaning supply closet also nearby and noise was ridiculous. Cleaning crew loud and rude.

Lamps on tables with nowhere to plug them in. Toilet in bathroom not centered so you’re up against shower glass when you’re sitting. Room not super clean. Toilet paper roll holder broken.
