Last time i stayed there they were doing renovations and this time staying there i stayed in one of the freshly renovated rooms and it was much nicer then before

Good until it wasn't

everything was going fine. The room was clean. Everything smelled clean from the bed to the towels. A channel guide wouldn't hurt. Everything was going great until I was woken up very early in the morning by construction. I just can't seem to understand why you would put guests on the floor that is having construction done when you have multiple floors. I checked out with another person that was staying there and they said the same exact thing. Two completely different people shouldn't think the same thing about your hotel. Might think of going somewhere else next time.

The man had a sign on the front desk that said return in 15 minutes but quite literwlly never was at the desk. Even after you rang the bell you would spend 20 minutes just waiting for him to come out of the back room!! awful service. the tv didnt work or connect to the internet as well as shelves being broken in our room.

This property is located near many great dining and shopping options. Parking was easy and it was simple to access it from the interstate. Given the name, MICRO, the rooms are small, but I did like the firmness of the bed. It seems like there may have been an intent to upgrade this hotel recently? It seems like things in our room were kind of just painted over; there were definitely corners cut. There was insulation coming out from around the windows. The worst part was the noise. We heard every single thing our neighbors upstairs were doing. It was not a great night of sleep.
