Had a great parking spot- however the bathroom sink did not drain and the toilet would not flush toilet paper. We were told someone would be there after 8 am to fix the toilet. When I asked what we were to do in the meantime were told we could use the lobby bathroom.. we were on the 3 rd floor, very inconvenient! I guess I think some type of credit to our $157.00 one night stay should be credited to us.

Both the entry way and our smelled very strongly of animal urine. Otherwise, room was spacious, nice little kitchen area, and very comfortable bed. Not sure about selling bottles of bed bug spray on check in counter???

Our toilet wouldnt flush, someone came in to fix it then it wouldnt stop running our whole weekend stay there. Staff was not very helpful and would talk over you when you would talk to them!

Check in was fast but 1st room was very smelly, with the toilet seat with a cigarette burn (possibly), had a deepened mark. I asked for a second room, which was offered bery quickly with apologies, this one was clean, no smell inside, beds and pillows were good.

No kitchenette supplies/tools!

We chose this hotel in part because of the kitchenette. I planned it took breakfast each morning for my family, and arrived with eggs, cheese, ham, milk, cereal, etc. I was shocked to find the cupboards completely bear. Not a single utensil, pan, plate, cup, or anything to use the kitchenette! When I inquired at the front desk, they explained that they do not stock the kitchenette in any of the rooms. Guests must provide their own kitchen supplies. This is definitely not an industry norm! Otherwise, the room was good enough for us.
