I read the reviews before staying and I was a little worried. I'm glad we ended up staying. If you're looking for a luxury hotel, this is not for you. We took my grandson and it was perfect for us! We stayed in rooms 275 and 276. They were clean, and perfect for a family with kids. We chose to stay away from the pool, and our rooms were very quiet. We didn't have any of the issues that others talked about. The only thing that I will say is that they need to replace the remote controls. The remote in room 276 did not work at all and the remote in room 275 was missing the back to cover the batteries, but it worked fine. Luckily for us, the remote worked on both TVs so it okay. Upon arrival we checked in quickly, and the lady at the desk was super sweet, the guy that brought our luggage up was also very nice. (The elevator by our room was broke so instead of making us drag our stuff upstairs, they had someone come and take it for us.)The restaurant had delicious food, we had a blast at the pool and overall our stay was great!

Pool area needs some work the ceilings are really rusty and the fake pulm trees are covered in dust pool area really needs a paint job the restaurant bar connected to the hotel is really nice but the food is not the fries are eaither really old or over cooked the bugers are good the chicken strips are dry and have no flavor are room was really clean my kids did have a nice time their swimming the are around the property could use come litter clean up but other then that it was nice
