When I arrived, I was check into a room that really did not meet my standards. I went back to the front desk, told her my concerns and she spoke to the manager. the manager showed me a different room and then went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were meant. I would not have stayed had it not been for her! She was fantastic! It just goes to show that if you take a positive approach with management and give them a chance to resolve the issues you have, you just might be surprised at how well they do. I would give the staff, especially the Manager at this hotel an A++

Took over 1 hr to check in, we reserved 2 rooms, first try she put all of us in same room, then 2 different rooms, keys didn't work. Had to go back get keys to work, hall was full of rocks, dirt, the room smelled horrendous and was dirty. We went back asked for refund told had to send us check? Then found out charged wrong card, couldn't fix or give receipt. I expect a full refund.

Staff did what they could but they booked us in an occupied room. Second room was full of tools and apparently being remodeled, third room the TV didn't work. Promised a rebate, but they were gone by morning and that never happened. That aside, it was remarkably clean for a budget hotel. Once they get management figured out it'll be a good place to catch some zzz's

No one was at the front desk and there wasn't any breakfast our first morning. There were broken bottles in the parking lot. The pool and hot tub were out of order as well as the soft drink vending machine. We will not stay here again.

Got checked in and went to room and our key cards did not work. Got them re-done and was able to get into the room. Left and came back around 2am to go to bed and once again our key cards would not work. Went to the front desk and had to call the Clerk to come in from outside to assist me. The then states that my reservation/check in did not save from earlier in the afternoon. So I had to check in all over again in the middle of the night and get my key cards redone. When we got back into our room we found Dirty Towels behind the door in the bathroom. On the counter there was a mystery liquid that was sticky. I would recommend looking for other options if possible.

The photos on the website must have been taken years ago. The outside around the building and the courtyard were full of weeds and garbage. The pool is still not working. The downstairs rooms smelled awful and our room was not clean so we switched to an upstairs room when we arrived which was a little better. The rooms were okay but the sink had cigarette burns and parts of the carpet were crunchy. But there was hot water and the air conditioner worked. The lady that checked us in was very nice and I didn't get her name but the rest of the staff were marginal. We asked for new towels and they were given to us a few hours later unfolded since she didn't have time to fold them. Not a big deal but odd. All the linens had a funky smell. It appeared there were people living there that were a little sketchy. The chairs in the courtyard should have been replaced years ago. We would have switched hotels but went for a concert so everywhere close was booked. For the price it was tolerable but I wouldn't stay there again.

We stayed here one night for a concert. The lobby & outside of the building looked nice. The hallways to the rooms had a lot of areas that needed fixing, mainly paint & replacing trim. The room smelled almost barn-like. The floors were damp from humidity, which also made our clothes damp. The tub drain was plugged so the tub filled immediately when the water ran.

Water damage stains on ceiling in room. Ceiling tiles hanging down. Looked like a blind 2 year old painted room. Pool was down with no discount. Had to have keys activated 4 different times. Breakfast was pathetic and coffee was empty at 9 with no refill. No safe in room. Front main door was malfunctioning.

I would not stay at this motel again it’s very loud at night I watch people break into a car the motel smelled like weed throughout the whole building. People were sitting everywhere in parking lot in lawn chairs it was just very odd for a motel. I’m assuming that people live there on a normal week and that is why it has more of an apartment feel.
