They gave me double room when I reserved a king. Mold in the shower and the door had a huge gap in it.

Replace dingy wash cloth and towels. Bathroom shower curtain dirty and should be washed and replaced after every guest. Water from shower goes out very slow making it almost impossible to bathe the ankles and feet.
