The patio door was the only fresh and cool air but curtains weren't big enough to cover. The workers right outside were looking in. No one at front desk cared at all about anything. Very rude and impolite

Liked the condo. Bigger than I anticipated having been to other ski condos. But they were doing a lot of remodeling in the area including the entrance to the lobby & the Nextdoor building. But inside our unit it was very quiet. But once u left it was very loud. Also many restaurants & shops weren’t open yet for the summer season.

The room in my condo was completely unsuitable for an infant. There was no air conditioning, and I had to carry my child and belongings up the stairs each day — something I was not prepared for. I had no way of knowing beforehand that the unit lacked both an elevator and air conditioning. The heat was far too much for an infant, and had I known this in advance, I never would have booked. Despite informing the hosts that I was traveling with an infant, no accommodations were made. When I requested to switch to a room with air conditioning, I was told it would cost several hundred dollars more — a cost and option I was not made aware of until after check-in. They also said they had no alternative rooms available. With no choice, I had to leave and book another hotel — ultimately staying at the Viewfinder for $500. Had I known in advance, I would have booked there from the start and saved money. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund for the original booking. I sincerely hope the money they kept was worth it, because I will not be booking again and will be sharing this experience with others.

Beautiful place - they lose points for lack of an elevator (property is at 8700’) and the A/C doesn’t come close to cooling down the loft.

Loft Room was very very uncomfortable, loft had no ceiling fans.window blind doesn’t work in the king bedroom. There was safety concerns, many people were roaming around with high on alcohol and other substances. A bunch of young men was knocking on our door at 3 am. No security. 3 storied building, had no elevator.

Under Construction is an Understatement

Staff was awesome! Our floor was soaking wet when we arrived. Missing bulbs in the kitchen. I am sure once the construction is completed it will be very nice. Maybe a phased construction approach would be a more buniess friendly plan. It seemed that the entire property was being revamped, which is great, but distracting to the guests. Location is awesome!

We stay here annually and love it. Onsite ski rental, a tide anywhere we want at any time. Nice staff have become out friends over the years.
