This corner unit boasts a well-planned layout for modern living. Upon entry, the bedrooms are situated down a hallway to the left, while the great room opens up to the right. The great room is open and airy, with vaulted ceilings and windows on multiple walls, adding a generous amount of natural lighting. Along the front wall in the living room, a set of three glass doors opens up to a private balcony and overlooks the outdoor landscape. On the adjacent wall, large stones create an impressive backdrop for the gas fireplace. Two easy chairs, a sofa, and a loveseat all provide comfortable seating in this welcoming living space. A spacious dining table adjoins the kitchen and living room, where there is seating for six. The kitchen is bright and cheerful, with generously sized windows along one wall. There is plenty of room for groceries in the double door refrigerator, and high-quality appliances make creating meals simple. Enjoy easy cleanup with use of the dishwasher. 

It's easy to get a good night’s sleep from the master bedroom, which is separated from the great room with a short hallway. The open and airy vibe continues in the master bedroom, which boasts elevated ceilings with exposed wooden beams. The comfortable king bed is draped with high-quality linens, and you will have no difficulty drifting off to sleep in this soothing space. There are his and her sinks in the bathroom with plenty of counter space, as well as a corner shower. The second bedroom is located next door and offers two twin beds. A second bathroom is located right across the hall with a shower and tub combination. Near the condo’s entry, an open stairway leads up to the loft which serves as the third bedroom. Here you will find a queen bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. 

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.

You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.

Dated but okay

We booked this property for a family trip to Aspen. It was very middle of the road, basic, not great but not bad.It is super dated (like stepping into a home built in the 1990s), but reasonably well-stocked and clean.The loft is brutally hot in the summer, and the fans don’t help much since there is no a/c. It’s also an extremely inconvenient location, there was major (and loud!) construction going in the next building over, and the fitness center doesn’t open until 8 (also very obnoxious).Overall, wouldn’t stay here again, but nothing jarringly bad about the place.

Great location for skiing

Great location, 75 steps from Fanny Hill. Nice accommodations for our group of 5, only complaint was front desk cutting us no slack on checkout time after an 8 day stay. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
