POWDER MONKEY #4 - 2 BEDROOM PLUS, 2 BATH TOWNHOUSE - BEDDING: MASTER BR: Pillowtop King Bed, TV/DVD, private full bath; BR # 2: Pillowtop Queen Bed, TV/DVD, and Bonus Sleeping Loft: Pyramid Bed - Double Down, Twin Up. Two Story Townhouse. Park at your door. Located close to the Village, and Ski School. Close to novice trails at Powder Monkey make ski access easy for the kids. Across the street from Western Territory. Privacy in the trees, end unit, yet close to everything.

SLOPE SIDE

AMENITIES: Gas Fireplace, Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Gated Community, Storage Entry, and free Resort Shuttle Service to take you to the Village or Silver Creek (night skiing/tubing).

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking

We highly enjoyed our stay at powder monkey 4. I loved the end unit with all the windows. Meals within walking distance was great! Although description is ski in/out, you do have to walk a little ways to the lift. There are some powder monkey units available that fit my description. I think of ski in/out as skiing up to your porch. There was just enough room for our family of 5, the youngest being 12, so basically 4 adults. The living room would only be able to seat 5 which was fine for us. Extremely clean and cozy. We would stay again. Please note we brought our own food and the kitchen supplies were well stocked. No grocery stores nearby so your home food is a must. The only thing that could be better was the bunk beds were a little unstable and the bottom bunk didn’t sleep well. Small children probably would not notice:). Water was hot and showers were great!

Warm and rainy turns to cold and snowy

Great location on the mountain with short walls to Powder Monkey and Western Express lifts and the village. The fireplace is gas and not wood burning, I was a little disappointed by that but o guess others may see it as a positive.

Annual Ski Trip

We had a great stay at PM 4. The condo was clean, well stocked with most everything you would need for a family stay. We had an issue with gas stove not lighting, but the service crew got it fixed in a timely manner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Rent tickets ahead

We couldn't check in until 4pm. Went to rent gear, buy tickets and register for classes. No Parking. We had two cars. Had to drop off and drive around while family went ahead. No classes were available for the 3 days we were there. Next time we know to do it all ahead of time. Once in the cabin, we were fine. Made a lot of happy memories.

Place is pretty nice and spacious and interior photos are largely accurate. Some of the future it in functional but pretty awful condition (eniree seat leather cracked) and needs replacement. It is NOT slope side (couple hundred feet) and had views of a parking lot and a road. One sink was clogged with hair which I cleared so it didn't ruin our family weekend. Definitely not worth the price paid which was way more per night than I pay in Colorado for a similar location and view. Our request for discount because of inaccuracies was ignored. Very unhappy.

Perfect location, cute cozy cabin

This was our first time staying at Powder Monnkey. We loved the location, we were able to walk to ski school, walk to pick up pizza at the pizza slide, and walk across the street to the Western Territory, perfect location for all ages in our group! It is also super convenient for stopping by the cabin throughout the day to warm up or for snack breaks. The cabin itself is cute and cozy, the living area is on the small side which we did not mind at all, there was enough sitting at the table for our group and enough sitting in the living area as well. The beds are very comfortable, and I really appreciated that the loft has a gate since it is where the kid are sleeping. Casago was easy to communicate with, my only complaint is that check in has to be in person at the base of the mountain at 4PM, and since we have season passes when we rent a place we like to come up early to ski, so this would have been very inconvenient if the rest of our party was not coming up later. They do let you drop off the keys at the end of the day if you ski on check out day though, so that was helpful. Will definitely stay there again!

Mountain Getaway

Thank you for such a warm welcome at stay at Powder Monkey 4! The Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We also loved how close it was to the lifts to provide the ski-in-ski-out experience. It was also close to everything Snowshoe had to offer, so we never needed to use our car. Thanks again. We had a great time and hope to be back soon!

Great place. It was awesome except the gathering area. ( Living room ) The sofa was broken and very, very uncomfortable. We wanted to share the day's experience and was very difficult because a the sofa and the chairs. The sofa needs to be replaced.

Very comfortable and convenient ski cabin

We had a great time at Snowshoe and this cabin was a big part of that. It was so nice to have a place right beside the Powdermonkey lift. We enjoyed fixing our own meals and having a comfortable place to retreat to at the end of the day.

We were at Snowshoe for the bike races. This condo was a perfect location. Close to town but not noisy. It was immaculately clean and the beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked in cookware. I would have liked a brighter lamp by which to read. Also the sleeper sofa, the only sofa, wasn’t the most comfortable to sit on, just like most of them when they get old. The place was perfect for just the two of us but if you have many more people there wouldn’t be a lot of seating for them.
