We were awakened at 3:30 am by a terrible noise. We tried to call front desk, no answer. After 1/2 hour it stopped. After an inquiry at the front desk, we found that a water line had burst in the next room. We were promised reward points (15000) but they have never shown up on my BW rewards account.

Friendly late arrival

Bosque del Apache Overnight

Quiet, comfortable and clean. No complaints. We left very early the next day to go to Bosque del Apache, so we didn't try the breakfast.
